At Overlander Sports, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase with original tags and receipt.
Review Policy
Ensure your items are in original, sellable condition with all packaging intact; please note that safety equipment and base layers are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Request
Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team to generate a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label for your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box, include your packing slip, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
