We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Gear must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that climbing equipment and safety gear are final sale for liability reasons.
Do you offer professional boot fitting or gear assembly?
Yes, our in-store experts provide professional boot fitting for hikers and skiers. For online orders, bicycles and complex equipment are shipped 85% assembled and should be inspected by a professional before use.
How do I know which size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide specific to the brand. If you are between sizes for technical layers, we generally recommend sizing up for better mobility and layering capabilities.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. Overlander Sports only stocks authentic gear from authorized distributors. All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship.
